Nothing too much trouble, I would recommend this hotel and would come here again. Homey and perfectly clean place, has wonderful staff and rooms.

Everything was perfect, it had free wifi, nothing too much trouble. The full English breakfast had plenty of choices.

I appreciated almost every detail, including very good rooms and food.

Lovely hotel, all of the staff were positive and condescending, best possible location right on the town centre. I loved the heated pool too.

Wi-Fi signal was very weak, made me a little nervous.

I stayed in this hotel for 7 nights and I really enjoyed it. There was plenty of food for breakfast, everything was good. The room I booked was bright with spa bath, all the toiletries, a double bed.

Had well-designed room, good service, spent my time lovely here. Lovely garden and excellent pool. Wonderful location near lake district national park.

The bathroom was extremely small.

Planned to see Windermere major attractions and it was perfect place for visiting all of them.

Staff and drinks were all IDEAL. Plenty of food at breakfast like cereal and fruit. Hotel was clean. Pool was brilliant and beds were very comfy.

I enjoyed it and its elegant ambience from the moment I entered. They made my stay perfect. Particularly good room that was absolutely perfect too. Overall clean place and admirable service.

It was neat, the staff was very welcoming, plus the service was excellent. We enjoyed marvellous breakfast. Top location to the world beatrix potter attraction. Good lobby.

incredible base for exploring windermere. the bed was comfortable and food was appetising. room was very clean. not far from the downtown, 5 minutes on foot.

The breakfast was sensational and all the personnel were considerate. The rooms were comfortable and had everything you needed.
